Pakistan's Ahmed Mujtaba takes out Indian contender in 56 seconds in MMA session

Pakistan's Ahmed Mujtaba otherwise known as Wolverine crushed India's Rahul Raju also known as The Kerala Krusher in just 56 seconds in the first round of the blended hand to hand fighting (MMA) rivalry ONE Championship at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday.

As per a report on the title's site, Mujtaba handled the primary blow soon after the competitors contacted gloves as he conveyed a very much pointed kick on Raju's lead leg. Without burning through any time, he came in once more, wanting to land a punch yet Raju diverted it.

The Kerala Krusher then, at that point bobbed back, wanting to recapture force yet Mujtaba upset any such arrangement via handling another kick. Raju once more "approached with a pawing punch and afterward a wild overhand right" however Mujtaba hindered it and stepped back.

The two men circumnavigated each other for the following couple of moments all the while landing strongside roundhouse kicks to the legs. Pakistan's Wolverine attempted to maintain the tension on the Indian competitor with a three-piece boxing combo which was diverted by Raju.

After the bombed endeavor, Mujtaba returned again to the middle to reset himself. Considering this to be a chance, The Kerala Krusher "thrusted forward with an uppercut to the body, yet Wolverine bounced back to keep away from the amazing shot".

The Krusher, in any case, would not withdraw and dispatched a wild overhand right that was kept away from by Pakistan's Wolverine as well as was countered with a "truly amazing overhand right to the jawline" that evidently muddled the Indian competitor.

The blow put the match immovably on Mujtaba's side who handled a short right that fixed his triumph.

"The arbitrator formally halted the challenge following 56 seconds of the first round, giving Mujtaba his third success on the worldwide stage and hoisting his general record to 10-2," the report said.

In a video delivered on Twitter after the battle, Mujtaba said he had "satisfied my guarantee" to win the battle, devoting it to his Kashmiri brethren.

As per ONE Championship, Mujtaba had gotten going in the opposition in the featherweight classification yet had later moved to his more normal weight class for the match with Raju.

Pakistan and India had before conflicted in the title in November 2019. Raju had dominated that game by presenting Pakistan's Furqan Cheema in the second round.

"I commit this battle to all my Kashmiri siblings, Kashmiri individuals, and the fighters of the Pakistan Army, to my kin and my fans all throughout the planet. God willing, we will proceed to win and keep on waving Pakistan's banner."
